Yeah, his Ult provides a 2 turn debuff, which is upped to 3 turns at E4. Then the enhanced basic he gets after it is also another 2 turn debuff

Since his Ult is only an 110 energy cost, you get it back pretty quickly as well and you can have the Ult debuff up near permanently at E4 because of it

The only money I spend on it is for the battlepass, which is only ~£10 every few months and I've been able to be almost entirely up to date

The only truly limited IDs are the ones from the Walpurgisnight events, and even then you can spark the old ones when another one of those events comes around so you still catch up in that way.

But I can easily imagine how hard it is to start part way through, and have to feel like you're catching up to everyone
