||You just need to focus all your damage during the times you can damage him. Succeeding at the dice minigame refreshes your Ult, so if you have characters with AoE ults then just use those to succeed automatically. The strat I used was, during the 2nd phase, every character used their skills/standards during the off turn then standard attack > Ult when the gamble hit to regain all my SP and to guarantee the win. Keep in mind though, I used Gallagher for my Sustain since his ult is an AoE attack so Bailu's gonna have a really hard time keeping herself alive, but if she can then all the better. I did this strat pre-nerf, so you should be fine if you keep mistakes to a minimum.||
||One thing to add, make sure to save your Ults for the gamble specifically. You'll be losing out on some damage on the boss directly, but to ensure a win it's worthwhile||
