Depends on the fight. A boss like the Four Kings I didn't really hear it much, but for both Sif and Artorias the melancholy nature of the fights was enhanced so much by the music.
In Elden Ring one of my favorite moments of this in the base game is Mohg. His track is still one of my favorites, and throughout the fight the first time around the only thing I could think was "Holy fuck"
Oh yeah, and Midra's fight in the DLC gave me chills (and still does) and was only made even more so by his music.

Okay so the easiest way to get there is to go to the 3rd church of Marika and head north using the spiritspring to travel up the cliff and head east into Caelid passing the Smoldering Church
Once you're in Caelid just follow the road and it will lead you to the dragon communion church
