Then fast travel to Camp 4 in the amethyst cave and go to the second spawn, then return from quest and just repeat until the flower doesn't bloom any longer
One of those blossoms =1 Golden Melding Ticket, which in turn is 10 good weapon decos or 20 good armor decos||

i now have a scroll for building meter, and a scroll for spending meter

now i can fill up the meter using the first scroll, and also use counters cause it has most of those, and then when i get ample oppurtunity i can swap scrolls and either do soaring kick, fully charged sacred sheath slash, or whatever else

But still was like "worth it"
