It's a armor skill that generally is a QoL skill for most weapons, but for LS its a genuine huge boost to the weapons DMG output
Cause it lets you both fit in more attacks before the special sheathe (cause you don't need to preempt it as hard), and it lets you more reliably parry things back to back
Cause special sheathe can go into itself on a successful parry
At a certain point with quick sheathe (lvl 3 of it) you could pretty much almost use it to entirely replace foresight

Quick Sheathe speeds up the sheathing animation, I was referring to the timing of your input after doing the setup attack
