I'm not gonna get into specific "You blocked this 13 frame move that you didn't punish with Asuka's 13 frame optimal" check the replays of our matches if you want to know that. Don't even know Asuka's 13 frame optimal

But in general and in no specific order.

Lack of pokes. Asuka's Bd3 is an amazing poke that leaves you +4 on hit. That's a free 1/df1 mixup for example. (High mid mixup)

Lack of mid attacks in general. Toss out a df1, df4, B1 ever so often just to encourage stand blocking. Then clip them with Bd3 or D1+2 for example

Heat smash into Rage art on block. Asuka's Heat smash is +10 on block. Take a high mid or low mixup everytime instead of using a rage art.

F2 is an amazing whiff punish button but its -18 on block. Every character in the game can launch punish it on block

B3 is also best used sparingly. Its -19 on block so like F2, entire cast can punish it. Asuka/Jun can use F2 to launch punish a blocked B3 for example

ok thats prob one of the big things i was missing with leroy that was frustrating cuz i didnt know how to open people up and id just end up in hermit after strings and be hella minus and all his start ups from hermit took forever. i had a note for his hell sweep but it felt like shit cuz you could never get it off. but if you are suppose to do pressure and fake out your pressure to end up in hermit for free
