I can answer those, I was backing myself into a corner because I feel my buttons don't lead to anything.
The buttons I was using, Shingo- 2B 2A, jC jD, CD, Shingo kick, and hit qcf punch buttons, Liz- Essentially only B buttons and the occasional D, CD projectile. And Joe was about most of his kit except his kick specials.
I felt the opponents were throwing out a wall of hit boxes and I felt I couldn't get anywhere near, or I'd be in block pressure and just not see a way out so I try to either hop or roll and it gets hard called out or just reacted to.

Two things I tried today to add to my game against y'all was 1) to hold pressure better and 2) to roll less when being pressured. One kinda goes with the other. I'd say that's probably the biggest gap in our current playstyles, and admittedly something I've been specifically targeting the past month or so. Could be worth looking into

Aside from like…super cracked out K’ in the corner (we’re talking pro level) your guard gauge is fine. Keep an eye out for moves that are minus and take your turn back, it sounds like you’re letting people steal turns
