Know that you are bad, and tell yourself you can't go deeper than this, this is the lowest you will ever be as you can only climb. Give yourself a single challenge per game, like doing a throw, not eating that same stuff you ate last time, do a hit confirm off a certain move, do a QM combo, anything really. It will provide a dopamine release when you actually try, even though you are losing. At least it does for me.
