  • next to no mixup cuz he has no overheads
  • terrible pressure cuz he canโ€™t special cancel off far normals so you constantly give up your turn and return to neutral
  • close normals require you to be breathing on your opponent and they can block 90% of it by just blocking low
  • overhead command normal will miss in strings unless you started it right in their face
  • one rekka series that is not a natural combo, and also isnโ€™t an overhead. Makes no fucking sense
  • rekkas are inconsistent to come out for some reason
  • DP requires huge commitment and charging low which opens you to overheads
  • terrible conversion opportunities because of aforementioned far normal issue. Basically NEEDS meter for max to consistently convert

Geese also has a fireball but point taken. Itโ€™s still early days but the good Kimโ€™s will use the threat of flash kick to get their opponents to stand still and then he gets plus frames

Idk the moves but thereโ€™s at least 2 he gets that off of. But yeah whiff punishing in general requires either a good read or great reactions so itโ€™s not for everyone (me included)
