Honestly Fatal Cutie Terry seems to be a lot of work for a dev team when it’s not like something that they’d need to put in for like story reasons, considering the changes in voice and possibly animation that it would entail, and unless they keep the voice the same they’d need another voice actor in however many languages the game is available in for a second costume

And since fatal cutie Terry has only been present in one game and hasn’t been brought back for crossovers, unless Capcom really really want her in it’s unfortunately not that likely

Personally speaking I think they should keep the voice the same if that would disqualify her and also make her a lot more muscular so she doesn’t look like a noodle in comparison to regular Terry

Just because you change the face a little doesn't mean your didn't trace 95% of everything else. Luna mentioned how this is a victimless crime, but I think it's just that all these other artists I see @gusty knot posts are trying their best to be creative and people like them just copy. Bringing nothing new to the table and making videos drawing their stuff to make it look like it's authentic.
