There’s still question items spawning inside rocks ! This is on Lighthouse Island.

Same. I also have unclaimable items like sticky notes and blueprints on the lookout tower island.

Ok so I went back to the island and wow, the sticky note was on top of the rock not under it lol. I don't know what happened, but it fixed itself

Mine was a new start after the last patch.

Same - mine was one of the last items for lighthouse quest spawned inside the cave wall

i was able to retrieve it with "unstuck" command. Used the command until it spawned me (moved me) inside the rocks/mountain. Then I was able to move under the terrain.
