Im with you on it being an issue, though there are genuine teams that have a large mix of strengths, not just these cowardly stacked with filler contrived ones.

For me, it would be better to give overinflated players significant handicaps to their stats like off limits war, based on the warzone and ranking.

This lets everyone play together, and well built accounts outcompete poor ones on merits of what little game mechanics there are.

Unfortunately, the whole point of this game is win by wallet, wallet harder to feel superior to others. Not really about fair competition or braincells in most cases.

My felix/deryl never catches infantries 😄 and i am constantly caught by infantry.. never with archers.. i also love to pvp with archers cause the aoe damage bonus is practically non existing if 1 on 1

Most rider heroes have more counter damage than most infantry, as well as talents and skill that can significantly reduce aoe damage.
They also have better hp buffs than most of the good infantry heroes and their base defense and hp is actually quite high compared to infantry if you check in barracks. Riders are far more resilient than they should be for what they can do for damage.

Shields are good vs burst damage, but run out in 2-3s even if there is shield left. So heroes like Rick, felix, chasey, just do most of their damage when a shield isn't even on.

Well her rage skill is an auto attack boost so not really a good hit and run choice.. wouldn't be surprised that Daryl performs better in those scenarios. Burst always better for hit and run

The one downside to riders, is they have this split personality of wanting to stay in fight for long time, but also wanting to use their speed to hit and run. So there are some weird decisions that need to be made, I will give them that

Well from castle to castle, chasey is better - cause she has highest rider basic damage, so before anyones skill happens, i usually exchange same damage with stronger players

But i was facing my equal.. well we made her to be bu me facing more troops.. but thats were it was weird.. it probably mainly due to aoe damage and deryl doing well with anti aoe etc, but deryl made better reports than chasey

And my deryl wasnt even awakened.. i still dont know how

Can someone give me a basic breakdown of it? What to do, what not to do and such?

The sand table in game is all there is to it really, it's best to do it and get a feel for it.

Theres a few approaches, generally I like to split the team into two and follow this basic sequence:
1- head straight to the zombies with strong field squads (if you're not way stronger than most players, then reserve more of your squads for garrisons and rallies).
2- hold the forward outposts that are worth the most points on your side
3- send the remaining field squads to contest the vial in the center
4- support bases, rally enemy forward outpost if your team has advantage to do so
5- repeat

Ok, I'm also still a bit on the green side in understanding field squads, garrinsons and rallies🥹 . Yes yes, I am as noob as can come. How abouts this;

I have a L59 Peterson with 390k might (Key skills in Infantry & Defense). L40 Norah with 330k might (key skills in ranged squad). Decent-ish armaments for both.
For Beasts, 110k might on the fire cat (Ash Sabretooth) & 105k on the Corpse bull (Physical).
For squads, 60k Lv4 Riders. 50k Lv4 Infantry. I have some L4's in the other classess, but they're still newly unlocked so working on them too. Decent-ish squad equipment for the Riders and Infantry as well.

With this info, in your opinion, what would be my best move?
Head out since that's considered "strong" or reserve for Garrisons and rallies. Again, still not quite sure what that is🤣

It definitely sounds like you'll get more value out of joining your stronger teammates garrisons and rallies- just watch for them in the alliance tab and on the minimap for where needs the most help and try your best to match the troop type to the leader of the garrison or rally.

I definitely recommend reading through some of the pins and discussions in #🦸┊hero-n-armaments and #🌟┊new-player-help for some more tips to help with hero choices and lineups.

Thunder and nora are both beginner heroes that you'll want to replace asap with lucky roulette heroes instead to really compete on field.

You could use your thunder to help with the zombies themselves, but id avoid fighting too many players directly on field.

Depending on your team breakdown and the matchup you land, there's always a chance there are some enemies you can match.

A really good habit to train is watching the enemy rosters and trying to guess which players will be similar in strength to you, and focus on them, and avoid the ones that are way stronger

Giving priority to the base stats should be better in my opnion. Since the base damage is calculated based off of ATK, and CRIT/Combo applies as an additive to the base damage.

Base DMG -> ATK
Added DMG -> Base DMG x CRIT/Combo/Counter DMG%

So, by increasing ATK you increase both the base + added damage.

Around 200 is where I deprioritise CRIT/Combo. Having 25% should be good enough, since you can always retry.
And as Sky said, two of my beasts does the majority of the damage and they have high enough of these stats. And even with CRIT/Combo on other, they barely help to do much.

This is why I pick HP% too, so my weaker beasts can tank longer for the stronger two to do more damage.
In latter stages, when one of the strong squads die earlier, I'm almost certain the stage is a failure.

I recently had a new account in a new region blocked, and I was told I was “playing unfairly,” even though I hadn’t even had a chance to develop it. I created the account, joined an alliance, and then it was immediately blocked with a message saying the account service was suspended and that I should contact customer support.

I did contact support, but the experience was frustrating and humiliating. I was accused of cheating and told to just create a new account and “not break the rules in the future.” This feels really unfair to me. I have not used any macros, bots, or anything that violates the game’s policies or privacy terms that I read before starting.

Now I’m worried: if they can block a player who isn’t breaking any rules, could my main account be at risk? Has anyone here experienced having their main, active, paying account blocked for no reason? I regularly spend money in the game, and I really don’t want to get banned because of what seems like an overzealous automatic system that “has evidence” which doesn’t actually exist in my case.

Honestly, I don’t even know what to do now. If I were actually cheating, I could still create another account within the same IGG system without any issue. So it seems like the system is broken, right?

The paradox is that I didn’t break any rules. I created an alliance with the tag I dreamed of—no, the tag I specifically wanted for my alliance. And now, in that alliance, there’s just one player: the blocked ID, and joining the alliance is only possible by request. I can’t do anything about it. They can’t even remove the blocked account—they just blocked it and won’t let me do anything with the alliance or the account. They are not cooperating at all.

It feels like I must have stolen a huge sum of money or something, judging by the way they’re treating me, the pace and style of communication. Honestly, if they saw me in person, I feel like they would have beaten me with a stick—at least, that’s the impression I get.

This is incredible. It’s the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this in the gaming world, with a developer, with this kind of treatment toward active players.

And then there’s this phrase: “Your account service has been suspended.” Suspended, not terminated—suspended. That implies it could be restored. And it even says, “Please contact customer support.” So I did contact them… but for what? They just told me, “Sorry, kid, you’re playing unfairly, goodbye.”

Its not scamming. You just did not read the fineprint on the bottom left that says must be top 200 AND 500 arrows used.

Scamming is when you dont get what you should be getting. Most often happening when trading.

For example me trading 5 oranges for 3 apples but I only get 2 apples for the 5 oranges. Which means the person I traded with scammed me since that was not original deal.

I didnt focus on great hunter for ethan frags. I focused on top commander for that. Thats the better way to do it untill you save up enough arrows from all the all star night events IGG hosts.

Its pretty much all new players get caught in arrows 😄 well unless some old player tells in advance.. in my case i was lucky that a guy warned me..same thing steele in fact so many thought got top 20-50 with us 100-200 steele 😄 in first event

In fact there is always plenty old players.. but whether they bother telling that or not is diffrent story.. after all you bursting and wasting steele/arrows means better chance for next event for them 😄

After all until your region opens everyone is competing internally.. and thats the only chance to get good stuff early and fairly cheaply.. after that it will be so bad, that you wont be able to get anything for 3-6 months 😄

I got 500 immediately. So either everybody claimed instantly or the number in the top is a lie, or the whole premise is a lie, because the current number would require over 260,000 participants for 500 to be the split.

Might as well just call it "get 500 gems."
