U need more than 20 days speedups to get some frags

Save as much as u can but realize your limit so u have more for when u compete again

If there's no buildings to upgrade, then yes because they can only be used for buildings

General are the most useful by default since you can use them for training troops and healing once your tech and buildings are maxed out. Even beast research if you have enough papers somehow.

You should use them on research instead of building.

Your building speedups can be exchanged for extremely valuable items later so still worth accumulating
