The synergy that Felix and Rick have is that one increases the skill damage of the other by performing extra basic attacks (Felix Awaken skill does extra basic attack every 10s)
(Rick active skill does 1-2 extra basic attacks)

Felix usually does 3100 factor dmg x5~6 times over the span of 5s (=15500~18600)
But with Rick he is able to deal 3100 factor dmg 7~8 times over the span of 5s (=21700~24800)

Rick on other hand does 3600 factor dmg x6~7 times over the span of 5s (=21600~25200)
But with Felix he able to deal 3600 factor dmg x7~8 times over the span of 5s (=25200~28800)
Additionally there is Rick 2nd and Awakened skill that also deal more if paired with Felix

Them as pair have the greatest synergism out of any other hero pair..

Eren Rick can also be considered as one if paired together
