I just picked atk/def this time mostly with a bit of combo and combo damage (using mostly crit beasts) and got a level and a half farther than usual. But I think they also made it a little easier with this patch

How long did it take you to realize you can’t flip items for gold with the new refinery?

Here’s the deal: yeah, there’s a 3-day wait before you can resell, but the real joke is the gold you get when you do sell. It’s linked gold, not normal gold, so you can’t use it to buy anything new. It’s like selling something on eBay and getting a gift card that can’t buy a thing - useless for flipping.

So yeah… You can either sit on your items or spend real gold if you want more. Genius, right? Only IGG could make a ‘refinery’ that’s really just a clever way to keep you spending.

P.S. Still scratching my head over what they meant by ‘freely’ in the announcement on this update.

I'm all for this update and separating the f2p from the whales. New content for bored whales make the refinery. For f2p, just don't build it it and focus on beasts and armaments. I don't want to be a refinery target so I'm just going to leave it in the New Building Queue. Easy Peasy Farmville Squeezy.

Because it is not random. I send mails to igg pretty much all the time when the differences between the alliances is extraordinary big. It was never "random" and when you look into IGG data you can read its not random. Interestingly he said the ratings and might down matter, in the igg data it clearly says the might matters and you are supposed to be matched with equals. Therefore its not random

Reserves are really detrimental to your play unless you are playing with 30 players and add reserves in case people don't show up. Even if they intend to show up late, it's better they have the option to show up on time so you're not at half your force for the first ten minutes.

The reward you get for this is slap on the face, 10 alloy after successful plunder, you need 100 to craft something

I rather play water wars than spending hours for 10 successful plunders just to craft rng equipment that's likely going to just some ass gathering speed one
