Basically a way bigger sample size than any other training troop strat
Thats basically the reason why it works well

With 100m points on day 1 you can train like around 800k t3 troops
All those 800k t3 troops will then be very efficient way to get points in day 3
Each upgraded troop from t3 to t6 = 130
Efficient but because of bigger sample size its more expensive

If you did this with t5 you would be able to train only like 432k
Each upgraded troop from t5 to t6 = 70 points
Not efficient, but because lesser sample size it costs less

If the limiting factor is the quantity of training speed ups, lets say 500K minutes. This limits the total max level squads you can create, as the total time for building then upgrading is the same. ie, you can create around 438K (ymmv) T5s, or 438K T3 and upgrade to T5. Takes the same time.

This caps the troops you can create on day 1 and upgrade on day 3 if you want them all upgraded.

If we create 438K T3 on day 1, thats about 302K minutes = 60m points

Yeah bags way better. Basically you have 3 damage styles. Basic, Counter, And skill damage. 2% attack goes to increase all 3 a little each (0.7% for each for example) where as the first backpack part increases just skill damage by a whole 2%. And also each stat you increase, The higher its increase each subsequent increase has less and less effect. You find attack % buffs everywhere but skill is very rare
