I think I saw some sort of prize for winning top 3 or 5 or whatever in the honing challenge for an item that's supposed to be for superb armaments, right? What does it do for these boots, for example, that I can't do by simply honing that last slot until it's red?

I wish you could disable the "auto help assist" - It prevents the ability to smash help yourself, and it only kicks in about 2-3 minutes after someone asks for help. This is ridiculous. There have been several hundred requests since reset, yet it only shows I have given 25 helps.

Suggestion, either make the helps instant, or let us disable the feature please.

Judging by this question I fear you have missed the point. Let's say no "bots" are online. When someone asks for help, with auto assist, no green hand appears to indicate someone needs help. There is no "help button" in the help menu. Your auto assist only helps when it wants to, which is severely delayed.

Loot exchange happens monthly still but they disabled all fragment exchange because they are releasing a "Hero Gallery" to exchange only legendary fragments and they want people to save for it. The Hero Gallery is announced to be launched in June.
