I'd assume the earlier assessment was right that aoe dmg starts to be most important when there's zombies surrounding you.
If you want damage and infantry garrison (it's still mixed since its an hq), it's gotta involve boyd lead. I guess a super transcended Stella can work too since the counter is good too

But assistant ideally has aoe. Like louis maybe if no ethan? Miya gonna suck on an hq garrison

Most alliances either give back to spender or give based on event points

Every alliance does it different. Most will distribute it either based on merit for events, need for f2p players, or return for donations. Some, however, are selfish and the leader takes them all. Those alliances usually have people leave.
