i redeemed the gc codes from IGG, but they're just sitting there. i think when you choose amazon as a payment option in the IGG store for gold, it automatically charges your card tied to that amazon account, unless there are some settings i dont know about

Better than me. I found one person, did 1/20th of their HP in damage, used a bunch of stamina, and then the second I added the stamina I got killed.

Usually everyone can use their stamina before getting killed if there aren't whales about at the time
