Ultimately, I explained myself to French support with a terse response: "You behaved inappropriately." See all the explanations I gave above.
I think we should hire real moderators, not players in revenge mode. And I'm not even talking about the incredible incompetence of French support.

Usually a ban or mute occurs when someone provides screenshots to customer support if they feel a player was in breach of the game's terms or caused offense somehow. Which could be anyone..

other heroes? miyamoto provides 24% defense, that's something albeit nothing crazy. also people if given the choice between a bodala lead or a miyamoto lead squad, will go for the miyamoto to focus their attacks on.

what i mean, survivability depends on who is targeting you and you letting yourself be swarmed. that's the human factor.
then about numbers, just compare the defensive stats your soldiers get from using this or that hero. (defense and health bonuses increasing the damage required to wound one of your soldier)

Commander Cynthia is now awakened, and I’ve also awakened her sister. Cynthia has 3.4M power. I have T6 troops, but T5 Adut and Miyamoto still come and beat me. I’m getting wrecked. Even though their weapons and gear aren’t as good as mine, I’m still getting beaten. This driver commander and her troops are absolutely useless...

Also, even though my beast power is 2M and my vehicles are all upgraded to level 10 (T3), the drivers are still weak and pathetic. If I could, I’d switch to infantry commanders — but it’s too late for that now.

I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help me. I’m tired of constantly getting beaten like this.

cynthia is made to run fast, unless you use her with her skin, her damage is poor : 7800 base skill damage (compare that with 13000 from miyamoto...) and if you use her as leader, you use her talents. But Cynthia talents give speed, not damage bonuses.
So a squad lead by a adut or miyamoto (with the blue skill talent tree) will trigger skills faster and do more damage than a cynthia skill (with the terrain talent tree).

Another thing, your armament may be at 3m, but is it honed with attributes helping your riders and not some random troops or things like rallies/garrisons

In case you have the skins, a catherina+Cynthia instead of cynthia lead will fare better in combat.

i consider the riders as the strongest troop type, the most flexible and able to do it all. they have the speed and are jacked with everything ^^ but you need to consider the heroes like Daryl, Elena, Felix and the super weapons rubina chasey.

My weapon setup is focused on both attack and especially defense. I’ve equipped the yellow weapons, and more than half of them are upgraded to 5 stars. I’ve built the attributes specifically for Driver Squad attack and defense. Using elixirs, I’ve added at least two red attributes to each weapon.

None of my weapons have attributes for garrison or other unit types. In fact, two of them are super weapons.

Despite all this, my driver squad still performs poorly. I feel like I’m wasting resources. I really need some guidance on what I’m doing wrong, or whether this troop type is simply not viable right now.

Now I’m planning to awaken Bella and Elena. But every time I do something like this, it ends in disappointment — because infantry just wipes the floor with me. Even T5 infantry can kill me.

I’d like to try Rubina and Daryl, but I don’t have enough fragments for them yet. I have the commanders, but not their fragments, so I can’t test them properly.

riders have speed,; so if a stronger foe approach you, you can just leave and attack elsewhere unexpectedly. your squad should rarely be zeroed, while enemies trying to flee are chased and end up runing away.
be like the wind and hit like thunder, to cut enemy reinforcements or fleeing squads

but really riders are able nowadays to simply go in and do a murder ball.

i would avoid bella (still has value but not as a main squad in my opinion)

Elena+Daryl is a beast of a squad. with damage output worth in the 50k skill damage if fighting 3 squads in a brawls... compare that with the 7800+7700+4700 from catherina cynthia)

rubina got the highest single target damage in the game (under the condition you transcend her main skill, and she would need her 2nd skill also transcended for the health on the field)

then its elena; but like i said, any combo with felix/Elena/Daryl is great, you can mix in some super weapon squad to trade speed with more sustained damage

in case you didnt understood about talents; only the leader hero applies its talents. so cynthia+Catherina won't do the same as Catherina+Cynthia

and the game has a meta with talents: use as leader heroes with the skill talent tree (unless you know what you do and need)

For police station, they unlock over time, all those ones in under a month I believe. Other heroes come from roulettes and top Commander. You can get 1 hero from top commander every 2 weeks, and up to 3 from lucky roulette every 2 weeks, spinning costs gems. There is a leader roulette as well where you can get 3 heroes--that costs money to spin. Two of those are also available in a separate "roulette" once a month--that costs gems or money. Three of the roulette heroes, one of each type, can be obtained once a month (I think) from doomsday vault, one per run unless you spend money. Other heroes are available regularly but cost money.
