depends on the target. strongest rally is chasey rubina. (like ethan bard transcended, there is simply too many stats in there)

but against specifically ethan garrison, daryl shines with very high damage -> Rubina+Daryl. though as it seems that his skill applies to allies and not himself, maybe thats more for AR.

against a garrison without AoE and If no chasey transcended-> Rubina Felix

for garrison, Chasey is the queen, add a felix for 1v1, and against swarms, i like Daryl as assistant instead.

chasey rubina at least will give an extra 7,5% skill damage on the initial 10k base skill damage from rubina, that's all. doesnt matter much. for practicability to not change around talents, rubina chasey sure.

that said, especially for infantry player like us, a sturdy squad is ideal as it will be focused down and infantry better do as much damage meanwhile. So either rubina chasey (again) with their skill damage reduction, double health buff, total damage reduction when swarmed) but that's no rider squad, full truck squad there x)
Or a simple elena daryl that can withstand all the current high damage AoE.
Chasey daryl instead of Chasey felix feels like a waste as felix magnify chasey with his extra basic attack (felix awakening providing a solid +20% damage from both chasey and felix main skills without talking to all the effects from armament and talents)
But daryl will have the squad survive better at least. Even though his skill damage bonus doesn't help chasey, if Daryl hits 3 targets, that alone will more than make up the total damage from felix. (if 1v1 Felix will provide massively more damage, but it doesn't happen much in team fights. if it's a brawl and Daryl can hit 3 targets, main skill alone is providing 7k more base damage than felixentire kit interacting with chasey. then we have daryl s4 and awakening providing even more base damage.
but given the Chun Style AoE, i don't know if 3 targets happen often or more like 2 usually in brawls.
All in all, chasey daryl seems great for an infantry based squad. (but rubina daryl would be even better with all the skill damage bonus going on and and transcended rubina main skill damage being what it is: over the top).

IR doesnt bring 6 similar alliances, it's always 2/3 big, 2/3 small and others in between. With huge difference between the small and the big.

it has happen several times that my farm alliance used to do splits, that was close to the cut off (3.2b in fearless) found itself in a higher G than the main group with a much bigger size and guns. (IR only)

Elite is the same, you can be ranked 220 and have 2 top 100 alliances on the same map. unplayable depending on the profile. (the game still does a poor job at measuring the difference in combat capability of 2 accounts (hello fire power and protection that give no might)

When will the developers consider armament and equipment level to match big players with they're corresponding enemies.
An alliance (as usual Korean) with 300M, 280M and so on an island with alliances that ranked 2,150 on the matching where the other alliances have one member with 200M power if they're lucky?
Of course the game has been around for a couple years now and they know about this abuse but they went to baby and pamper big players that hide in the latest island rankings. 🤦🏻‍♂️
