Most people start playing the game, they like to content etc of it, they then start to spend on the game. That is normal. Keep it balanced is what I will suggest, as lot of people will stop playing the game if it is not balanced for everyone, whether F2P or people who pay. It is up to the individuals if they want to spend money or not. DEV's as well as whoever run this show, should definitely listen as you said here. Any company that think they will rely only on the people who spend big money on the game is at risk of their own apocalypse in closure....
