If you give someone a lily a message will be sent to them, next to that message they can like it and it doesn't count towards the daily limit cap

So its possible that if someone gifts you 50 lilies you can give 50 likes per day to that person

Just rise your power (not might), don't lisen everyone who tells you saving from the beginning. You need something to start playing. Upgrade yuor starting heroes, your base, gather resources. But don't spend any golden puzzles - this is most valuable and limited resource. You will use it for the best heroes when you'll unlock them
