I see it very clearly and it completely removes a reason to finish all the way to 100.. giving us free teapots doesn't take away the fact that charging 10$ for 2nd tier is lame..also consider the teapots aren't valuable at all unless you get lucky on the wheel and get a decent number of Easter eggs which is the real prize so this "free reward" of teapots is an illusion

My guess would be they auto opened, but you'd have to look for something you knew the amount of before.
It's mostly speeds and random stuff, but the 1 set of them rarely gave some legendary fragments

Same thing happened to me with a big number too!
On one account, I had x179 and x125 of each resource chest. During their mad UpdateMania frenzy, suddenly those numbers dropped to 0. No conversion into inventory…just completely Mandella Effected. I only really had these numbers on the back of a load of upgrades on TC last week, with a couple of £4.99 pack buys thrown in.

I Immediately started a ticket complaint but they asked for a screenshot of before and after. I told them that despite taking many ridiculous screenshots, I actually don’t take random inventory screenshots before opening anything because I’m stupid enough to think opening something gives a return.

That was 3 days ago. They closed it without a resolution (I wasn’t this arsey in my exchange with them; that’s developed since!).

If you ever get any joy, keep us updated because I’m trying not to think about how many universal fragments I could have had 😭

Actually you got it wrong, 6M isn't easy it's extremely rare and it's expensive..I am suggesting something and you aren't getting it.. what i am creating is a blue print for an account that can be competitive vs "whales" while spending at 5x less than them and still having the same equipment ( although slower) but in the end when you want to cash out you'll have the same set as them just they got it quicker but for a LOT more $

It's not a bug. You have cheated with gems, when there was a bug with gems in Arena reward. Then you spend those cheated gems. All gems that were spend become negative.

Now you have negative number of gems
