A very common story, in Eve. There are methods to get the control over an alliance. Sometimes is by gaining trust, some other by using holes in the authorization system.
You don't actually need to be the head of the alliance, if you just want access to a specific alliance asset.

Farming with full troops only work if you are whale or much stronger then all opponents. Wouldnt recommend in any other situations.
