But the speed is not unique to him- most ranged heroes now have similar amount, as well as the other heroes you'd use in place with him for other troop types

People like that hes versatile as well, and adds stats like skill dmg boost that infantry lack are appealing for combos with him

Especially in a 1v1 situation, adut miya have 0 hp boost, which is bad if youre a target. And shields are super OP, again, especially when you're focused.

Riven dmg gets amped when you have a shield, and bodala reduces dmg taken when you have a shield, and between the 2 of them with riven awakened you almost always have a shield

In an extended fight, adut is cool because of her crazy attack boost, but those riven skill dots really just crank out steady dmg when you stick to a target for longer

Don't buy police searches. You get a lot of them over time, and since they often don't give you anything good they are not worth the gems.

Long term after VIP 6 you will want some gems for vip 9 eventually, gems for battle center level, and gems for lucky roulette heroes during TC. Probably not in that order though.

Actually, probably the reverse order--starting with roulette to get a good hero.

Legendary stars are for ranking up legendary heroes.

You can buy the purple stars if you really want to rank up purple heroes a bit faster, though it won't be necessary. I still buy the green and blue stars because they can be exchanged in Loot Exchange events later on in the game.

For the scouting, you just do that--the clicking scouting stuff. I forgot about that part. Real tedious if you do it manually but I'm pretty sure at a certain level it will do it automatically if you haven't finished.

That is generally a good idea. It helps to level up maybe just Peggy though, so you can kill zombies with her leading and a hero you want to level up as assistant. Her zombie hunter talents increase exp gained per kill and stamina cost.
