If you let people refund and swap them around easily, there's way less incentive to do that. Additionally, there's no incentive to spend money on things like all star for new heroes, since you'll never need more than like 10-12 heroes awakened

The marketing trap of trying to sell outdated heroes to new players and trap them into mistakes is an intentional game design issue, like Jin and Cath. And it parallels basically every other spending situations in the game. The whole thing is dishonest

So the only thing you miss out by swapping them is effects on rage skill, or modifiers on the talents (like skill tree increase skill dmg after using skill)

it is good to see IGG reinvesting into the game and using dollars to grow the game, i think people need to be a lot more grateful for these upgrades

Thoughts please.. Who do the "people in the know" think is the better hero between Chun and Sophie. I currently have a 5551 Chun and my Sophie is only 1110. I had been focused on completing my Chun however she is kinda expensive Legendary Fragments.
