yeah this is a sweetspot depending on how they measure performance, if it's a ratio that lets smaller players place, then it's a really good way to encourage the growth of players who actually care about playing the game, rather than the ones interested in swiping card, bloating, and walking away

pros and cons- the heros are definitely more accessible for unlocking now. But the lack of predictability is something I miss a lot.

Saving for months just to oopsies land the bracket with 2 krakens from massive out of region alliances that will automatically spend whatever it takes sucks for us

i had a 200m player with 133ID join me for IR, he literally logged in 15 minutes a day, made bunch of personal points, logged off, thats on repeat for i dont know how many months

I don't think that's the issue honestly. It's what encourages that type of behaviour.

When none of the matches are playable, nobody sees the point. I'm pretty tired of either A) walking outside and evaporating before I can blink or B) being against people who think that I will do that to them, so don't bother coming outside

It's the mechanics of the game. healing takes way too long and costs way too much, so people do little risk reward calculations and more often than not decide that it's not worth the fight

Vehicles massively increased wounded rate and power disparity while igg never figured out how to do matchmaking.
So alliances usually just give up when they see the enemies are too strong

yes, make RSS the limiting factor, not time and speedups. And significantly reduce the rss needed.
This way people can fight a LOT more. There's more food. Feels less bad to be food

There's so many things they could try, like make an effort with some experimentation. But nope, they just do total might, which is by far the least informative metric to group anything on in this game, especially post armament/workshop/beasts, it's a mess

but IR matching is different though, i think it works similiar to pompei, i ranked at 1990th on the list yet i played on g39 because i had 200m+ players

on IR the matchmaking at least it didnt let my players to go lower fearless, so that was good to see lol

It's still a proxy for total might with just slightly different weighting. It's basically total might with extra weight on troop count

We had t5 players who didn't lose troops, just stacking up so many, that were rated like 50M above main t6 fighters

The actual power for matching purposes, is like 95% vehicle workshop and armaments. Which are by far the lowest might increases. Troops are cool and all, but past a point it doesn't matter much, especially if your trades are 10x more efficient
