Had 3 hospitals ... L14 + 2x L10, making up about +80k capacity.
My total legion size was just about below 70k.

Out of sheer boredom of waiting, I decided to clear my alliance territory of all the fucks not in it, destroying the shelters to burning, one-by-one about 40x of them, all othem between L2-L11 then recalling the legion.
Turns out, after healing my units, I only had 15k of archers left .. a 25% reduction !!

Yes, attacking shelters is direct-to-death for troops. No hospital visits involved except for a small percentage from survivors and backpack "death reduction" stats.

It's generally best to rally shelters to minimize those deaths.

We've opted to do a mixed model now: merit based on kills obtained during events controlled for might, higher ranks get a little more, top 30 people. But have also added the option to opt out and just get rebates for what you contribute through your spending.
Some recent members felt it was unfair to give stuff people didn't pay for out. The ones who opt for getting their own gold back, are disqualified from our merit portion.

Almost all our biggest spenders prefer to see it go to f2p and people who work hard in the game to earn it.

Meh that's a hard one to say on, all pvp events consist of the same thing just changing the dynamic, issue about beasts is marches tend to die too fast on the field to feel their effect at all, rally captains only ones utilizing them, I know there are those "unreleased" features which might end up buffing them later down the line though if it dosnt impact anything existing idk if it really matters all that much for me to even go hard on beasts

I think I might of asked this before but are there alliances on this game that are a bit more structured than just working with ingame char, alliances that use discord voice chat during wars for coordination etc

In rise of kingdoms and state of survival for example most teams that were at all successful needed to have a core group to work on voice chat to be strong, but I notice this game has a lot of mixed languages not as much English as those games more Russians etc

Could it do the same through the audio from a voice chat ?
Beside that, this solution is a bit slow and could make a garbage text if 2 different languages are to be translated at the same time (people speaking at the same time)

AKND is far stronger than we were back then even if they had like a whale come in to camp out their region it wouldnt mean much without a proper structure, and what team really wants to fight over a region everyday if a teams devoted enough to recapturing their land

They should add might limits to new regions,depending on the growth of the region,newer ones should be enough to hold around 20m to 30m(depending on the alliances and players in it,it can increase as the power in the region grows),not having freaking whales raiding them..

I've been playing for about 11 months and right when I started playing they had obviously switched from a new player revenue strategy to milking the older players, that's what all of the open region stuff is about

Coming from a good region,we had a rule where we'd let our weaker players get good heroes and rewards.So we had a limit from our regions president where she'd choose who will be in the top 15.So we'd get heroes for only 30m points and not waste.
