Whales of the alliance controlling Metropolis on server #682 (Mr27/Tius) abuse new players. Gatherers and shelters are attacked by a person with Scavenger buff

We have screenshots and other proof on my server. #682 suffers from their dictatorship

2% basic atk damage is such a minor feat. If you think about it in terms of reports, skill damage equates to about 10-11x the amount of kills your basic/counter damage does in total. So 2% basic atk damage is miniscule compared to potentially 120 rage proc'ing on basic atk's, with 0 cooldown (incidated at least), and rage skills only costing 1000 rage each. I would go the 120 Rage every day of the week personally.

First one, Origin of the Beast - Project Genesis - It shows Phase 11 and an infinite sign, is there any more use to continue putting items into that? (Clicking the Activate button until I don't have anything left?) Will I receive anything for doing that? Or what should I do with all the items I still have?

Second one, Doomsday Express - Other Shipments - almost every single player I try to attack, is always between 1.5 to 2x stronger than me. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? I have to be very lucky just to get one player to attack. Is it like that for everyone? Is there an easier way to know if I can attack them or not, meaning they are weaker than me, other clicking on Raid twice only to see, oh no, their troops are way stronger than mine?

That's unfortunate to hear. In my experience Russell Event seemed to only occur with newer regions most frequently. They happen very rarely in the older regions though. I can't confirm a set schedule either; there doesn't appear to be one. When it happens even I am surprised to see it

I guarantee you if the issue gained more traction and IGG saw it started to hurt their bottom line they would take it more seriously. I think they're a company based in Singapore though so the social/cultural expectations on racism might be different from there compared to North America where slavery was basically active for a couple of centuries and the hard "R" has more historical context to us than it does to Singapore who didn't share the same history of prejudiced racism

As much as I agree with you, I don't think we are much better than the company because we still continue to support the game by playing it. I was spending $10-30k per month but I probably only spend $50 per month now. This is my first war game and it's hard to say good bye to all the genuine good people you meet in this game. Honestly man, most of my Russian homies I meet in game sound like angry people even when they are cordial. At this point, I have accepted the cultural differences. I do agree though in this particular case it doesn't seem like a cultural difference but at the end of the day there are always 2 sides to the story. I don't know what the full context behind the initial situation but given IGG's stance on it, maybe it's one of those situations where they don't get why it's a big deal either? I don't know what their general stance is on rules in general because I've never seen them ban anyone before. I do think it's weird that people in this game get upset over the weirdest and tiniest things that makes no sense and the common rhetoric with this Safeme person is he gets triggered by everything.

DLS is still bugged to with my attacks being permanently rejected in Arena and Convoy raids and I miss lots of rewards.
On the top of this, other players can attack me and I can't fight to improve my score.
The growth of my refuge and heroes is slowed down since the Beasts have been added to the game.
My** message (3 days ago) in ⁠🔍┊bugs remains unreplied, and this situation is lasting for almost a week.
And, of course, there will be no way of catching up with the backlog caused by these problems...
All in all, what a waste of time !
In the end, I'm considering leaving DLS if no favorable solution has been found**...

Upgrading HeadQuarters to level 20 requires 12.5M food, 12.5M wood and 3.9M metal.
However the level 19 Warehouse can only protect 1.35M food, 1.35M wood and 675k metal (not mentioning the storage bonuses)
IMHO there's something wrong with this concept (required resources are almost 10 times the maximum storage capacity)

You're always going to have unprotected resources. It's just the nature of the game. Stay on alliance territory and you're generally safe unless your alliance goes to war.

I forgot to mention that it takes 7 days + 3 hours just to build the HQ.
And resources production are not sufficient enough to provide such amount.

That's also part of the game. Construction and research times increase significantly. Speedups are essential.
