So let me paint you a scenario for clarity please: " registration ends at reset tomorrow, if a member is in the alliance before it ends (aka all day today) and is sucessfully registered. then phase 2 begins (matching) can that person be kicked from the alliance during the matching phase or are they now locked in for the entire AR?

Exactly @ there is a max value per frag in this game and people who understand how prices/value work will get ahead and those who think you can spend your self to a win are kids. Children, immature unintelligent fools. Like you pointed out there is a max limit that TC or Great Hunter is worth and it's about $1 per gold frag, so TC isn't worth more than $280 and great hunter is $60 max.
