To the developers. What we need is for you to stop thinking about money and fix what you already have. I'm talking about GW etc. when you get a T6 rolling over others and there's no chance of beating them it sucks the fun out of the game for a lot of players. If you can cross the players and alliances like in AR then match players not alliances and fight in a temporary mixed alliance for the event but you can leave back to your own alliance. Make the matching fair. Also give it a rest with the frequency of the events. They are so close everyone runs out of RSS, relocaters etc and you are turning it into PAY to even take part and you are losing a lot of players doing this. Greed is ruining the game. Don't get me wrong, I spend but I'm not paying you £400 for a helicopter for example. If you want us to spend then make it better value for money.

If you don't use gems on battle center you'll never unlock t6 or the tech past level 8 leading up to it.
Lookout is 100% farmable if you're diligent about going all in on russel event every time it comes

I know many who rushed their battle center to 25 but still ages away from T6

Currently the packs that contain t3 blueprints and high carbon are the best to buy if your looking to increase your pvp strength

As for heros you should be looking at stuff like Miyamoto, Adut, Riven, Eddie, Marco, Bianca, Felix, Elena, Bella, Mai, Cath/Cynt with skin, Julia, Lynne, Chun, Loius, Cheesy/Bard with Superweapon
And some other options like Viktor, Sven, Jacob if you doing rallies and/or garrison
