Newbie here but based on my information. Arrows are one of the few things where you do not get diminishing return for using them at a later stage of TC.
Therefore you might use them on last phase unless you need to use part of them to hit a reward threshold at an earlier tc phase

That's how I do it now after having given up on saving for TCs. Usually on tuesdays, a few arrows to fill the gap to the threshold.

Note however that I have seen a recent video telling that you do not get any ranking rewards in the arrow specific event (not tc), unless you use at least 1000 of them. So you might want to pile up until 1000

It's only preset sizes, need an emulator running it to resize to what you want.

Sucks cause I had the same issue, the sizes just don't fit my monitor properly. So either need an emulator or multiple monitors to get decent sizes.

I think for points it depends on how many accelerations you have and the level of troops you are training whether t5 t6. But the higher the troop level the higher the points earned.

If you have training expansion >lv.2 with capacity >5000 troops, use it. But still pay attention to whether you have a lot of training acceleration, adjust it to the number of troops to be trained.

Upgrading T5 to T6 on phase 5 it's the best value per minute of speedup actually, it's almost 2x better than using training speeds in phase 4
