Yes. You would need to have a really really high train speed amount for day 5 to be better.
Day 4 is best for points per minute speed spend.
But apparently training T5 on Day 4 and upgrade them to T6 on Day 5 is the best
Because the points you get from Upgrading t5 to t6 is way higher than the speed it costs to upgrade.

yea, i wasn't sure if i did the math correctly for this, but i came to the same conclusion. depending on the situation, it may make more sense to just blow all your training speedups on the troop upgrade portion for maximum TC points
basically, if you have a lot of troops to upgrade and have high training speed, you can earn more TC points on upgrading troops than training

Doing anything else is better on Thursday. So if you just unlocked t6, all on friday is the way to go.

it's a proportion
the points are the same if you trained a t4 then upgraded it to a t5.
But, it is more points per speedup used
because of how it converted, you come out ahead a bit
so always do a batch from scratch for the next phase, then during that phase if you have extra speeds or more speeds, use them to upgrade

Your complains are valid, but just saying something is bad without saying what is bad and how you would want it to change is not helpful.

You want WW to be an alliance vs alliance match ?
That would convolute weekly chedule to what leadership has to manage and members have to time to join together.
