Since no one has used him yet, it's hard to say if he will be viable on field- he has good rage skill damage and a really appealing circular aoe, but he lacks a lot of other boosts there. If you were going to use him on field, people were talking about trying him as assistant to louis for some silly aoe party time.
You could try with julia there as well.
I'd avoid leading with him in any context probably

the only thing with chun is her silence is kind of a weird proc- it doesn't work very well as a silence since she needs to be hit by a skill already to activate it. But in the case of bard, even if it's not actually stopping the enemy skills, it's still amping his damage periodically

There's no way in one year someone is getting t6 without spending anything.
I'm unleashing my inner slim on this one.
I learned a lot of mistakes in 1 account going to late t5s, then started a new one and saved everything for badges etc, heavy participation, in a decent alliance in a solid region, made all the right decisions, AND spent too much on only development stuff, not frivolous arrows or whatever, and it's still going to be closer to 1.5 years for t6 for me.

It will be around day 500 I get T6 on that account

You can for sure do in less in a big spending alliance, but I don't think by a ton. And obviously a mega whale alliance will be faster if you somehow get let in as f2p for a year. But then you aren't even playing the game 😅

Definitely top tier for farming in dangerous zones.

She increases squad load by 40% I think. Many think this stat is useless, but it actually reduces the amount of troops you need to send by a lot, then on top she reduces heavy wounded and since cars cost less to heal anyway.
The loses you get if she gets attacked while farming are barely noticeable.

And if you are online its near impossible to hunt her when you run after her, even if she carries cement

You can recruit allies in AR who are in the same legion to do your biddings- I.e. one of the alliances in our AR had a guy who was desperate for a warehouse node and I happen to have 3 nodes occupied so I whispered him and told him he needs to attack a specific target on the map for me in exchange for letting Me give him a node

This way I recruited a mercenary

The best type of advice is for people who don't have t5 or t6 as a crutch to get points in AR my advice is for people who actively want to get high rewards but don't want to pvp
