My personal take on Adut on why she seems too strong for average players is that she has Skills tree noobs don't need to figure out that that tree is the best with Adut

And in early game when everyone is using Jaden and Peter, Adut will dominate against them also she doesn't need much invest just 5515

But she isn't op to being nerfed

Overtuning a hero doesn't make anyone more money, it just upsets anyone that isn't ranged focus. Which puts IGG in an even worse position. Tune down the over tunement and risk upsetting those that spend to get him for the over tunement, or leave him be and keep the players not ranged focused upset.

Yeah you get focused as ranged, and yeah she adds survivability, but yeah she's still ranged.
You need to be in a non-ideal scenario (being flanked in field as ranged) just to amp her skill damage up to a reasonable level. It's not even a really high factor or anything
