You can but your gems become negative based kn the value of the refund, if you don't have enough and if you take too long to correct it your account will be deactivated most likely

In general it's not a good idea to refund/charge back mobile purchases if you value your account

If your account is less than 10 days old and below lv 8, you can migrate to any region you want ( 1 newcomer immigration order ).
After 10 days or above lv 8 , this order disappear and you are stuck in your region.
The only way then to migrate is to move to old regions, more than 90 days old. To do that, you need migration orders. You can buy them in alliance store with silver coins or from packs with real money.
The process of migrating is the same for both: zoom out as much as you can, click on the 🌎 button at your right bottom corner of your screen and choose the region you want to migrate. Then tap the random region button. You will see a list of requirements and how many orders you need.
Remember to keep your resources below warehouse protection level ( it's one of the requirements) as it seems its one the most common problems.

and if the Newcomer immigration order is not in your inventory, you are either past your 10 days or level 8 and they were removed

That will be amazing for a long long time

for my past experience (real) i've been a ranged fan since i started ROK. i discovered the troop type cycle and began to save 4 months for an unknown pair of ranged hero. yes, i did win the tc rank 1 eventually but it was johnny, which is terrible if you are not a whale

F2P who are really weak shouldnt focus on pure damage heroes, you will die fast and not be able to do much.

Now imagine you run with your strong member and you use Alexander Tom Adut Thunder Lee etc.
You are really tanky and survive a long time and you debuff enemy and buff ally so much, that it can be war deciding.

What am I not getting from this lousy description of a skill? How is this in any way useful? If she is attacked outside of a gathering plot, she will not have this added bonus

i will regard myself as a very lucky person, when i first joined the game i was in a small alliance slowly dying out, until they merge with the other alliance. at that moment i decided to join a big alliance and risk it since i was still a really small player compare to the top players

we are very active while maintaing a really chill atmosphere

I think I had a big alliance mentality but they mostly had small alliance thinking. I suppose they'll never be that big. There's little room for expansion on the map, they don't want to join another alliance. It was nice trying to build a smaller alliance, but what can you do if you have different values. Ultimately, that's it. They liked the loyal person that pit the alliance first, but that same person is the sort that defends the little person. Can't have one without the other. They made a choice and so I had to too.

i was a really old player. i am previously in region 9 but because i witnessed the major downfall of the alliance, consequently i migrated to region 4 for the sake of my game progress

we did the same. the more squads you have around it, the less dmg they take individually from the AOE since it splits between attackers. Once we had enough troops around it, it was easy.

If you want to get Adut, dont use all on one Roullete. Make use of the 3 times that Adut appears and pull until you get the max pull reward, then use your remaining gems on the third time.

Top Left on the roullete you can see rewards for certain amount of pulls, do it until you get the last Adut reward. Repeat second time and then do as many as you want third time.

But that depends on how many gems you actually have saved by that time, you could also just pull 100% each time haha
