Its important to know who is active and who not, but completely cutting less active people is not needed.
Even if they just accept alliances gift chests, it gives your alliance more keys to upgrade chest lvl

Unless they do stuff that puts you in a disadvantage, dont kick them

we kick if you dont hit reqs and cant give explination maybe for example a vacation or whatever, we dont have many people who cant or dont hit it, its usually out of laziness though I guess it also depends on your alliance environment

Irony of player saying new gear stuff was waste of time, yet doing a lot of experimenting now.

Good luck, only had 1 error I caught, bank said they needed to refund it since it showed as a completed transaction, company said bank needed to handle it. Took over 2 weeks before it got resolved and about 10 tickets. This was with proof bank paid, and no items received with some error, this included the ss of the error.

And for the guy saying mods, they have 0 control over payment issues in game. They can do a ticket, but it all goes back to you doing a ticket. Hope you got ss, turned into a mess for me even with ss. Ended up having to do a chargeback, why it was hard for me was I had multiple same amount charges, and took a lot of time to find the transaction to chargeback. Issue is if no items given, you can chargeback, company don't know because it's an incomplete transaction, but you charge back wrong one, then they will block your account most likely.

That has been 4 or more ago, maybe they better now, but telling you company said for bank to handle it, bank said it was companies place. Thing is it is the companies place to do, they just don't. Hopefully you only have 1 transaction, simply chargeback on it for items not received, attach ss you got of error. It was scary, figured theyld justify blocking account, but they didn't as they stated they could not see the payment transaction on their end.

If you bought a limited time offer and payment error, your crap out of luck, they never went back for me. I just rebuy and watch for the other mischarge to fall off. Make sure before you do a chargeback that the charge clears. I did dual 500 charges on Amazon other day, 2nd I never got gold, but the payment sit on pending on bank side for a few days. I haven't had luck doing over 800ish in a day on Amazon.

Amazon systems I know blocks 1k and above single day, don't matter if it's more than 1 payment type. They use to block 1k in a week.

But I can't check this properly for you, as we have a definite active buff of the same.
As Starcroft says, if you click the icon with the up arrow, it should say if you have a buff to that effect (they don't stack, so you only need one of that type) so hopefully you will be able to tell.
