-next is shifts martin over to liam. the squad attack buff and the healing buff synergize nicely at that stage of the game and give you a decent off-tank.
-next have seo lead akemi, not the other way around. you want seo's attack buff to boost akemis skill damage. works really well.
-jaden is high level so we will have the buffer and debuffer together, jaden alex.
-last army is weird because while you do have freya, her skills are non existent. for now we will keep her with park so her aoe skill helps slowdown the enemy if i remember correctly, which boosts akemis damage.

as for position you want a 2x2 box in the bottom corner. liam/martin and jaden/alex in front row, freya/park and seo/akemi back row. (make sure seo akemi gets the corner spot) raigoro charlie is the fifth wheel next to them all and put him in the back row to buy time, he will die but the point is itll take a while.

But since I looked for some Combos, too, I remembered this question, when I finally achieved it.
I am on #44 from the beginning. My heros are Catherine (boss killer), Tom (self heal tank), Sven (AOE), all on 60. I tried with Louis 53 instead of Sven and reached P2 also several times. So he might work, too and is a few TCs earlier available than Sven.

How to:
Place Tom a bit below the first "barriacde" or wall (can't make screenshots anymore), Catherine in Chainsaw-Range, Sven a bit behind and handle the zombies. Use Toms skill to heal him often. When first Boss comes move Catherine and Sven around to avoid getting hit by his skill. Tank with Tom and as soon as Catherine can run and use skill, finish him. Try not to lose Catherine's 1st life.

Similar for P2: keep Tom alive with self heal and handle Zombies as good as possible. I placed him between the barricades.

With this combo I had no energy-problems (compared to Louis). CD-management can be an issue.

Honestly depends on luck I did 25 spins on an acct last time didn't unlock a hero did 5 unlocked it one acct usually it takes like 10-15k max though unless your lucky is total sht

Its not even a metropolis mechanic. Hivemind, tower or other alliance building, hq or shelter you can only rally with one. On a war you wouldn't want a multiple whale rallying one target
