For those not paying attention to Toolbox sale, the higher tier gives less builders badge, and hammers per dollar as you go up, and drops a lot.

Told you game was designed for lower spenders, the percentages you get on a lot of higher tier packages drops. Most games reward and encourage higher spenders with more incentives in packages. Guess enough blind spenders here they don't care.

There have been changes after every Island Raid so far to improve things for players. So far they do tend to listen and adjust things...so they probably welcome the feedback.
