What is the best way to grow your alliance I’ve been on this game for about three weeks now and can’t seem to grow my player count in my alliance after the first week

I have 27 alliance members out of 63 and no one seems to be interested in an Alliance with 18mil

Reach out to weaker alliances and show them your territory, buffs, and individual strength.
