Here they cut back the drop rates to slow down, so the people who weren't spending as much, really can't catch up

You learn to work together with your entire region, a lot of drama, spies that switch sides, internal conflicts and often war due to objectives not being shared within your own region territory in the RvR map.
The entire region has to work together to achieve something.
You start value each member of your region.
Its a whole new experience, i wish you played RoK to understand.

Im not so sure then it'd be easy as pie to max out its not an issue for slow gear growth especially since being a whale still makes it hard to max out gear without dropping insane cash if 8m players have blue gear they may have played longer, spent more, or just shown up to more events etc to get the gear never missing a step, and parts are iffy they feel more valuable in some ways than gear so having them drop as easily in radar or whatnot makes it seem like they'd lose all value

Don't stress about gear too much unless you're top player, in which case spending money shouldn't be a major concern. You can do it later once you're at close/at T5 and T6

All i can say is join a big alliance keep trying to get max rewards on antipede, and get to top 20 arena or ask someone at top 20 to borrow their position to buy carbon every week

i don't think gear is very ridiculous in this game it's doable
