If your account is less than 10 days old and below lv 8, you can migrate to any region you want ( 1 newcomer immigration order ).
After 10 days or above lv 8 , those relocators disappear and you are stuck in your region.
The only way then to migrate is to move to old regions, more than 90 days old ( so far the first 5 regions ). To do that, you need migration orders. You can buy them in alliance store with silver coins or from packs with real money.
The process of migrating is the same for both: zoom out as much as you can, click on the 🌎 button at your left bottom corner of your screen and choose the region you want to migrate. You will see a list of requirements and how many orders you need.
Remember to keep your resources below warehouse protection level ( it's one of the requirements) as it seems its one the most common problems.

I've been doing well with martin, catherine and jaden in z virus
Jadens zombies keep enemies on top of martins traps longer, you can get a lot of dmg out of a few well placed traps. Jaden skill to interrupt boss attacks, catherine skill is super low cost and wipes board if aimed well

In memory trip I feel like zombie hunter trees are important, use your strongest squads and lead with zb hunters
But others may have better advice for you on that
