I have a minor cpa degree, but I hire an accountant because our government keeps changing real estate laws. I always discuss with them revisions before selling. last few years married was tax exempt on up to 500k profit on sale, every 2 years, 1 day; for flip investments.

Can stagger and do 1 property in each spouse name, and sell 1 each per year as long as you have 2 years worth of bills showing residence. Basically saying you lived separate, but tax loop hole.

There's no favorable defensive situation in my experience here. If someone is rallying you, they know they're going to win

Over time people will start to build up enough troops. Then it will become more interesting

Changing email is easy as long as you have control of old email.

Changing email without access requires support ticket, dev or moderator to over ride. Done this many times in games. They do this so people can't steal your account, by claiming they own it, and 2 not suppose to let others use account by tos, thus can't legally sell account. Account per tos, is there's, you buy access time to play. I seen someone mention selling your time, but I can promise you, you ask them to reset account that you bought it, you will learn quickly you'll never have the account.

In past, if stuck and you bought account, often had to have the original owner write from the linked email, request email change. This works fine. Highly suggest you never tell them you bought someone else account.

This is also how scammers steal money, sell an account, and even though you have login, the primary email account can always reclaim it. So unless you get total control of an email account, best to push seller to do ticket email account change. Seen many, many people burnt. PayPal has 0 recourse on intangible goods.

Doesn't matter if they sell account under buyer protection, as an order. In their bi laws it clearly states intangible goods are not covered, and they won't do chargeback if they take account back.

Playersauction.com one of few places I know use to let players sell accounts, and you could get insurance though them if account ever got taken back. Bought many accounts there over the years, never had issues.

Those new riders that wont give a major advantage also looking very nice with dual damage modifiers. Sure next cross server pvp they won't be an advantage. Just tear though shields etc lol.

They can do it, issue is if they will. You still would need to prove ownership of both emails. They won't do this based on your word. Few games wouldn't allow merging, claimed something about information on different servers. No matter what, you will have to do a ticket and hope they consider it. it is a headache for them to do these request, miss my personal vip, but even they took 3 days to do my last merge. You have information on 2 accounts, depends if they on same server etc, a lot of problems involved.

Bought account, but I got full control of email account. Claimed I had issues with account, been taken over in spam, and was going t delete it. Telling you, don't tell them you ever bought it, it doesn't work out very good.

My old vip was smart, made sure to tell me all the reasons I couldn't change email and ensure I met all conditions before putting in request. One of those reasons that would deny a change is if account was purchased. Sure most these companies same way. They protect original owner. Think about it, if it was easy, to do this, people be stealing accounts right and left.

If really your accounts, I suggest keeping different emails, can log in accounts same time.

Something of interest was why g4 had higher value than g3 tree. Few complaining about 1 alliance to strong. Question for developer is why higher matchup had lower value, this would show at least 1 alliance was misplaced.

Also seems it auto corrected for inactive, values shown all drop mildly to a new value, or do you know another reason values where lowered?
