It goes against the Geneva Convention to use without the The Red Cross' permission.

Most people run out of speedups before they run out of rss unless they're pretty lazy.
Anyone who wants to fight more than a couple hospitals worth of fights in an event, has always needed at least 1 farm account to facilitate it.

IMO the time healing takes is definitely the most limiting factor by a long shot, but if you reduce that, rss will be close to follow of course.

If they wanted this to be a real game that people actually played as if it was a pvp war game, and not prnhub casino e-pp measuring simulator, they would SIGNIFICANTLY reduce both rss and time cost on healing.

Let people fight it out as much as possible, make it engaging not these dead skeleton ghost town "war" events that are decided in a handful of 1 minute long fights more often than not.

People would still spend to try and get the edge, spend on their flashy meaningless skins, spend on pretty much any dumb thing you throw at them like the trained muppets they already are, but everyone would still be able to play.

Lots of little UI things seem to have devolved. Like switching garrison leads is really choppy and often just randomly selecting a random squad nowhere near where you clicked- happened 3 times to 2 people so far I know of.

You've put so much effort into junk that nobody wanted and actively, vehemently told you NOT to change, which provide absolutely nothing to the game experience. And you mistakenly sacrificed function to do it.

Pushing this update forward in the face of all the backlash was really, really disrespectful to your player base. More than any of the shenanigans you insist on pulling in the past.

It's a zero-sum game, someone will always get сucked in every matchmaking. It's almost silly to get mad at a p2w war game about it. Obviously you have outliers like a 900m player with a full team of 7m+ squads in Budding zone which I can understand why anyone would be frustrated but at the end of the day you can only really blame yourself for playing this game. If you want truly equalized matchmaking go play tic-tac-toe for 12 hours a day instead of this hot garbage

This topic of fair matchmaking has been discussed forever in this game, at the end of the day I can only blame the players because they are constantly trying to game the system for easier opponents. If you are a T6 player with only T1 cars you are part of the reason too

With IGG sending out this new poll about AR, IR, Extreme Showdown and Pompeii, I think this is the perfect moment to talk honestly about what’s happening to these events.

Because let’s stop pretending the problems aren’t obvious. We’ve been warning for this for years now.

The balance in this game is broken.

The power gap between the top 0.5% and the rest of the player base has become absolutely insane. A handful of mega whale accounts can now walk into entire maps and dictate the outcome almost by themselves, let alone alliances like SSI that are full of them.

At that point strategy starts dying.
Teamwork starts dying.
Coordination starts dying.

Raw stats just take over everything.

And the war economy only makes it worse.

Fighting these monsters costs absurd amounts of RSS, speedups and healing resources. Most players can sustain one or two serious fights before they’re completely drained.

So what happens?

Maps die.

Events that should feel like long brutal wars turn into ghost towns after a few hours because nobody can afford to keep fighting.

The crazy part is that the community already warned IGG about this repeatedly.

One of the only things still keeping players active during longer wars was micro healing through heal bots. Was it perfect? No. But it allowed people to actually keep participating instead of instantly becoming useless after two field wars.

Then, against all the warnings of the community, hospital healing limits got introduced anyway.

The result?

Even less fighting.
Even more dead maps.
Even more players giving up.

And honestly, there’s barely any meaningful counterplay left anymore. Once accounts reach certain stat levels, activity and tactics stop mattering. You can outplay people for hours and still get steamrolled because raw numbers simply overpower everything else.

That destroys the mid-tier player base - the actual backbone of these events.

Not the mega whales.
Not the YouTube showcase accounts.

The regular active fighters.
The people who log in every day.
The people keeping alliances alive.
The people spending enough to stay competitive without mortgaging their house for a mobile game.

Those players are disappearing.

And matchmaking itself is becoming another huge issue.

Farm alliances and low activity alliances registering for top warzones like Apex purely for rewards and merits completely ruin matchmaking integrity. They cannot compete there. Everyone knows it. So entire maps become predictable before they even start.

One side farms.
One side quits.
Everyone else gets bored.

That’s not competitive gameplay.
That’s just organized stat padding.

The truth is simple:

People don’t quit because they lose wars.

People quit because the wars stop being fun.

And right now too many events feel decided before they even open.

These events are STILL the best content in DLS when they’re balanced properly. Close wars. Long fights. Active maps. Comebacks. Strategy. Rivalries. Chaos. Adrenaline.

That’s the version of the game people fell in love with.

Not 3 god-tier accounts deleting entire battlefields while everyone else watches their hospitals burn and wonders why they even showed up.

And honestly? This isn’t coming from someone who hates the game.

Quite the opposite.

Most of us are still here because we genuinely love these events when they work. We’ve built friendships here. Rivalries. Communities. Entire regions around them.

That’s exactly why people are speaking up.

Because watching some of the best content this game ever created slowly turn into unbalanced burnout simulators is honestly painful for long-time players.

People want reasons to stay.
Right now too many are running out of them.

When immigration freedom first started, it destroyed a ton of regions, completely erased the good parts of region formation politics, and really killed the spirit in the game.
But now that's all damage done. Reverting it now doesn't change anything.
And it will not impact matchmaking at all. You can still have a team with a couple massive krakens, and 100M filler accounts, no matter where they call home.
Match balancing is the issue. Restricting movement for events will not help at all.

We don’t need more new heroes right now. What we actually need is fragments.

Please bring back an event like Hero Legacy, where we can recover fragments once so we can awaken the heroes we couldn’t awaken before. So many players are stuck with half-awakened heroes because fragments are impossible to get now.
