Why is there no exchange for hero fragments. We are constantly getting the fragments under the legendary level in advanced searches, which is fine. There should be an exchange, same as the uncommon, common, and elite stars. I understand it's a pay for play game, but this is a small ask.

The constant shifting of the requirements to do well and earn even similar rewards in all events is extremely discouraging. Everything in constant shift, blatantly, to incite spending. The only way this will ever change is with a massive economic "blackout" to igg to stop the blatant "gouging". More focus on continous game play and game enjoyment issues and much less manipulative programming/development on separating money from their player base.

now, the ranking score only counts a very small portion of the might from alliance members who haven’t logged in for 3+ days. So even if the alliance shows 4.5B total, if 500M of that comes from inactive members, it won’t be able to join the event.

Based on the update notes, I think this same rule will likely be applied to IR and AR as well.

We need an Armament loadout save function on Heros. Using quick equip just places the highest Might armaments, but not necessarily the ones you actually want on the hero(s). So it's a huge pain in the butt sifting through everything and putting all the crap back on manually for every single event registration.

Please add a save loadout function. This was the biggest issue in a previous game I used to play and it took them YEARS for the developers to add it, even after years of constant complaning from the community.

It should have been implemented on day 1 of Armament release...

Probably add it to Beast chips while you're at it too.

No, let's see how it goes. We all found Jungle boring to begin with but i think we just hate it because it's new and different and DLS famously don't give us all the info we need to understand the game.

In my view jungle has potential to be a fun strategy event. It is, different to the usual pigeon patch you get in ir/ar with people just fighting for scraps (points/kills) out of gates and shelters rather than working towards an actualpurpose (gain territory/push enemy back).

Jungle gives a totally different gameplay that could allow different players to shine and make our alliances better at working together and being flexible in our mindset when playing the game. Plus the rewards are nice 😋

When healing troops in the Hospital, please add an option to cancel so that I don’t accidentally heal all of them.
If that’s not possible, it would be great to be able to set the number of troops to heal so they can heal automatically.

Second Jungle Crisis run.
And honestly, it’s a perfect example of an existential crisis.

We entered G1 as a 12B alliance.
Matched against two 40B alliances (SSI & UOD).
Within 24 hours, our helipad was fully surrounded. No exits. No counterplay. No decisions left.

That’s not strategy.
That’s not war.
That’s a slow, expensive realization that nothing you do matters.

By removing real-time fighting and turning squads into pawns on a board, Jungle Crisis doesn’t create depth, it exposes the problem. When the power gap is this extreme, the game stops being interactive and starts being predetermined.

This mode or the update after doesn’t fix matchmaking.
It doesn’t fix the economy.
It amplifies both.

And that’s where the existential part comes in.

Instead of using dev time to fix the foundations the community has been calling out for years, warzone balance, matchmaking, healing limits, RSS pressure, we get a mode nobody asked for that steps away from what made DLS fun in the first place.

Jungle Crisis isn’t just a bad event.
It’s a mirror.

And what it reflects right now is a game unsure of what it wants to be.

Fix the warzones.
Fix matchmaking.
Fix the economy.

Because if alliances can be locked out within a day, the crisis isn’t in the jungle, it’s in the design.

I am experiencing an issue with the Puzzle feature in the game and would like to report a possible bug.
I have completed all puzzle pieces except the last one. The final piece visually matches the correct position perfectly (same shape, edges, and image), but the game does not allow it to be placed. I have tried dragging it multiple times, restarting the game, and checking different orientations, but the piece is still not accepted.
This does not seem to be a rotation or alignment issue, as the piece clearly fits the slot. It appears the game is not registering the placement correctly.
Could you please check this issue and let me know if there is a fix or if this puzzle is currently bugged?

Thank you for the Jungle event, it is nice. If you’ve learned how to play it you’ll have fun and earn easy rewards. It also much more entertaining than Genisis war that was before. In comparison is faster paced and more intense over a longer period of time than ridiculous 1 hour fights. This requires more maneuverability and wits. Hopefully it will only improve, there’s too much hate on this game mode

Things are always either going to be loved, hated, or forgotten in this world

Also Genesis isn't intense if you're a farmer, the matches sucked a lot, some good matches tho

If it wasn't intense enough for you then you're probably fighting people weaker than u, bullying smaller accounts or farming, or in a weak map

If you trading equally to whales that means your beasts are pimped out along with vehicles and you fighting evenly with 3 squads with 6-7m+ armaments

Most f2p peasants can only afford to build 1 4m+ squad after a year and a half. Probably 2 years

Income inequality in the United States is being mimicked in the game. The strength between accounts grows bigger by the day. Not only that but poor people cannot even play the game cause their phones suck. Poor people discrimination in DLS is becoming a real thing even without in-game purchases

I prefer orginizing in a way that R3s are very active members, R1 are farms and sit-out accounts, R2 are people who are newer - and or arent as proactive in event scoring etc works pretty well for me until an R4 promotes a farm thinking its a real account haha

I used r4 positions not only as leaders, but added buffs too for speed buffs, training, research etc. I would bring in one person at a time to give them that extra 1% on top of the capital buff. Is that something you would think about? The r4 buffs being able to be transferred across the board?

Personally i hate this fact people influence their might one way or another, if not dropping armaments and chips the they drop people, registering only 10 /20/30 active under disquise of activity or timezone.. frankly they should match not just but strenght alone but also how many players.. if we play with 70, make us play against another 65-75 people.. not the 20 whales + low level farms.. if you play only with 30 people, just have alliance of 30 people...its weird to have 120 people, but only x play...its also bizarre how everyone focused on not bloating one's might.. like i do that cause its cool when i can kill 20 - 30 mil higher power... but that should be only that aspect.. personal choice, rather you or your alliance is screwed cause maybe you like to collect things etc

The event is extremely fast-paced and unbalanced, resulting in massive troop losses within a very short time. Additionally, the hospital fills up very quickly, and the healing cost is extremely high, even with compensation, which places a heavy burden on players.

Moreover, the event rewards are not worth the losses and resources required to participate, making the event frustrating and not enjoyable for many players.

Therefore, we kindly request the following:
• To remove or temporarily disable the event as soon as possible and make necessary adjustments.
• To review the balance of troop losses, hospital capacity, and healing costs.
• To compensate players for the significant losses incurred during today’s event.

We hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly to improve the player experience.

Everyone crying about this event.. nothing is wrong with this event other than its going to bog down servers so needs more than 3 time slots. If you want to complain about something relevant complain about the fact that old accounts were able to accumulate gold dice for free or 100 gold and now new players have to pay 1000 gold for the same thing igg has been giving old accounts for free forever

That is a direct nerf to new accounts and new players and a big one. 12 superb frags per monopoly that old players get but you dont.

The extreme showdown, i would suggest at least bring one aspect of genesis.. second day matching.. winners go with winners, and loosers go with loosers, that way you might get even out the horrible matching, and everyonr gets a chance to score...

The horrible matching is created by the players not igg. Learn to build an account properly, be active, fight as one, dont play with farmers and inactive or semi active players.

People constantly complain about matchmaking but like you realize even if your theories are true and igg puts stronger alliances against weaker ones your alliance should be chosen to fill both roles at the same frequency as every other right. The matchmaking is bad because 75% of the people in this game either dont know how to build an account properly or dont care to and over half of the players login for 10 minutes a day.

You create your own bad matchmaking.

Are you trying to suggest that those alliances are just magically favored by the matchmaking every single event? They arent. They know how to recognize a good player and fill their ranks with them. Then you fight them in wars and its "bad matchmaking" because they know how to build accounts and alliance and your players dont. They are active and your players arent.
