To the Dev Team,

This new “adjusted” healing help rule is flat-out infuriating. Limiting players to 100 -free help requests per day and then forcing a 5-minute cooldown per help afterward is ridiculous. You’re essentially telling us to either spend all day manually healing at snail pace — or cough up money for speedups.

Do you realize how broken that is? Healing 2.9k troops every 5 minutes means it takes over 8 hours and 20 minutes just to heal 290k. That’s not “strategy” — that’s anti-player design. You’ve made alliance help useless after 100 assists, completely undermining one of the few cooperative features that actually worked.

If your real goal is to crack down on healing bots — then be honest about it. But punishing everyone else in the process is not the way to go. Here’s a better idea:
Introduce official Alliance Healing Bots — time-limited tools that can be activated during wars or events. Make them part of strategy, not something we have to cheat to access.

Right now, this change only favors spenders, discourages active play, and pushes honest players away from your game. Reverse this system — or at least offer a real alternative.

The major problem in the game is already AFK alliances at events. This will grow that problem sooooo big now. Thats the death of the game for sure. Until we get any info about the solution or are they just going to be stubborn, its much better for even big alliances to just take a vacation and do bare minimum, even in Apex. I know I will save my speedups until we know how it continues.

I can live my life for 1 month just taking a break from event rounds and recover RSS. Wont be a problem, hibernation mode for august

Wont use my general speedups for healing and lose rankings in new ranged TC to farm accounts that has been hoarding stuff for 1 year because of this 😄

Alliance notices would be good if we had email and notices for a crossover period because I tried the vote thing and only 25 people responded as most didn’t even get notification there was a vote to respond to. It needs a big red dot that doesn’t go away until you respond. Then the general notices being limited to 600 characters is insane. How do you communicate event strategy for new and old players etc in one small notice and how long do they last. Will they drop off etc. as usual a decent idea only half baked and poorly communicated.

The 2 limitations they have put in place are worrying. They don’t seem to understand the game mechanics (that they designed).

It also doesn't allow for longer explanation mails that can be used to help teach new players.

if you client is lagging, it can heal a full hospital weirdly like this... i noticed it recently, you will notice if you client is lagging only when you press the yellow HEAL button at the end. if you are lagging, it wont heal straight away and the menu will stay on the screen for longer than it should. dont heal at times like that, its likely to bug and do the full hospital heal, also if the medkit shows up, it reset the menu (probably because it adds the medkit picture so a quick UI refresh on that menu) and that also pushes the sliders back up. so, dont heal when troops are dying, and dont heal when connection is lagging.

if you use a macro heal and can make yourself, then the only way i could get around the problem is, when you press the heal button, drop into a loop that checks a pixel (the down arrow) to know when the menu went away, run the loop for 50 cycles with 100ms delay, if the loop reaches 50, i assume a problem happened and press down and renter the number (goto the start of the menu again), if the loop breaks before 50 then i assume it went ok and carry on with the macro as normal, no good way to get around the medkit one without python or slowdowns, just dont have troops out dying while your healing, your either fighting or healing, not both

Ya know what, I played every day for nearly 3 years, it's been such a change since this update came and I deleted the game, not checking in every few hours, like this weekend for example, I would have been on and off for 8-12 hours a day normally. No more getting messages at silly o clock, or during AR staying up for big fights at reset. I loved the game super enjoyable, and I miss the random chats with peeps from all over the world.

However that being said, this update resulting in me thinking FCUK IGG deleting the game has made me feel so much better!!!!!!!
