On most comparable games I just immediately become the king of the server I am on and everyone is like bugs compared to me, as a spender here there was an upward hill to climb because I was exposed to players who played for years instead of just guys new on the server with me

It's actually quite dumb of them to do it this way, they scare off new spenders because who wants to have that uphill climb

I am almost free2play and I sit on 150k gems currently, there is nothing I can use them for. The T3 roulette was great, maybe it was a bit overpowered from the money grabbing standpoint, but why not bring it back a little nerfed then

See the difference is, you shouldn't be in Apex to begin with. Apex is for what, top 100 or 200 alliances? There are thousands of them, most efficient spot I found is around 30s G.

In that level of competition a new t6/late t5 f2p can maximize rewards in war meet war with relative ease. There is no stress. No money gate keep, no issues..

Work hours of people should not be taken into consideration, only sleep hours.
I can't complain that I am not a professional XYZ because I have no time to do it, you are not entitled to be w aited for if you have other priority during the time you are awake.
The only consideration that should be taken is sleep, because regardless of who or what you are, everyone needs it and you can't simply decide against it (Besides drugs or whatever doesn't matter for this analogy)

Just treat these current events as minimal action required tasks if you are a non spender and don't set your sights on the large prizes. They are geared to provide minimal returns once the initial activity rush has ended. Nothing more of an example than the Doomsday Slug event. Once Metal Trial ended the event stalls with the exception of some free daily handouts. And this one still has 51 days to go 😩 . Most of their events follow this roadmap. Don't get stressed or angry as they are not geared towards F2P. Just enjoy having something different to do in the game .

It's normal for players to leave, we're tired of not knowing how to do anything because there's no fairness in the game.

I agree it's unfair but it's unfair for all, and I do everything possible to help all the free player in my alliance, even free player in events, if I see someone from the enemy side and they are trying hard I respect that even if they loose they stand for thier alliance, close to the end I give them my farm to make thier points for reward levels, no matter how strong someone is thier is always someone stronger so "fair" never comes into play

Most events like AR / IR winning is decided by the top few there, whoever has the best rally and garrison, as long as everyone else keep it reinforce that decides the event not much else, and I can see the frustration in many, it's boring for them, they can't go have fun field fight, one encounter with a big whale and thier hospital for the rest of the event

then cycle starts over - new whales, new f2p who do not know better, they can milk everyone again

5y cycle is already long enough

bonus is they already have all those new event mechanics implemented, all they need to do is watch profits and when they dip - enable next event that was just waiting for its turn

f2p is, and always has been treated as necessary evil, not even next to target whale audience

If you recall saving was first “rectified” with the arrow, hammer, bullet situation whereby f2p players were sacrificing months to save up and then purchase from the shops. This upset the whales because it meant non spenders eventually got what they had all be it a damn sight longer. Devs then implemented Tiers with only the top tier able to purchase however inactivity meant you drop tiers. Recently they implemented currency resetting to again stop the savers.

Saving was the means to get around spending real 💵 so this was unacceptable
