Hello! In this screenshot, Orville is duplicate in the break room. First time over 100 runs that this happened, so I guess it's a really rare bug.
Bonus: Deathtox juice bug, I guess it's been reported many times already. If I quit and come back, NPCs changed but juice was still bugged.

probably it has to do with the fact that it's Orville and Orville + Harriet
