Hey, just a head's up, in today's patch I could get spitfire's description. With the buffed green curses, no infusions or procs, it was hitting like a truck and I could complete it over a single run. 🙂

I upgraded Mordicine and it got full description, 2 parts at once!
if upgrading gets our missing description (both bugged weapons and passive weapons), the achievement looks much more obtainable now
my only worry is completing all weapons, enemies and NPC and not get the pitbook achievement because of the 2 tutorial entries 😦

now I'm not really sure if that's the case for every passive weapon
upgraded Focus to level 3 and got only the second part of the description
maybe I had 2 parts of Mordicine and got third part upgrading it again? idk

I got troublecross and it didn't take me too long, maybe 1 run and a half
I'm in this situation with makeshift rockets and spiteful chomper

2 full runs on wizzalch barrage and daggust as well
I used to think there was other requirements for weapons, like klling bosses with it, idk, but brutumhammer really awed me. I started the run with it and got kill description before first thanager, without ever doing anything other than killing those initial mobs

Would it work to unlock tutorial entries on another save? Or do they all have to be unlocked on the same save?
Cause I just unlocked the Breakdown Series description on a new save, but I'll be honest, I won't start over again the whole book on a new save if we can't get a fix on existing saves

I would guess it would have to be on the same save. I'm in the same situation, started a new save, got Breakdown Series, but there's no way I would redo everything. I really love the game, I have over 150 hours put into it already and yet I'm missing 22 weapon descriptions, some enemies, some npcs. There's a lot of effort to be made. Soul counter still in the 220 million, I probably won't complete this, but I'm so invested in the description one that I really want to finish it.
I would play a new save to get the rumor quest, but descriptions... there's no way 😦
On the weapon subject, I've done one more wizzalch run, 3 already, nothing popped 😦

If I can suggest, don't do it yet because there are still issues to be fixed, so you'll still face some of them in a new save I think, so either they can fix the issues for existing saves, or we'd need to make a new one later

I felt like Soul Counter was increasing faster each time I completed a narrative quest, so my guess is that it's not at its peak speed because we're missing the rumor quest, and that it'll be much faster afterward
I hope so at least, cause if not, I'm definitely leaving this game and not recommending it to my fellow Completionists haha

hey, that worked! I upgraded Lyberis, just the first 50 souls upgrade, and I got the description!

I did not do anything special
started with it, upgraded one time with Orville and that was it
first time after patch
before patch, I guess I ran with it for 2 complete runs and some other partial runs

I still can't unlock the middle description for Mordicine. Seems you all are getting the one by upgrading to level 1 and the lower one by leveling up to 3, but I'm still having the lower only no matter how many times I upgrade it from zero to three... Could it be my save being broken?
- Edit: Also Dark Talons, neither kill milestone nor level 1 unlocks the middle one
